We appreciate your continued support and the opportunity to work with you.
We are currently moving to a new AI based Order Automation System. The aim is to make the order process efficient and accurate. For this system to work we ask that all Purchase orders are sent in a PDF format.
We have introduced a simple and user-friendly order form, please see attached.

Using our order form will help ensure accuracy, reduce processing time, and streamline your purchasing experience. It allows us to process your requests faster and minimize any errors, ensuring that you receive exactly what you need without delay.

We encourage you to start using our order form for all future purchases please.

We recommend you save your own template using this form with your general information (i.e. company name, deliver details). With this template, you would only need to add Order number, Date, Products required and Quantity. Please save the order as a PDF and email it to sales@clalighting.com.au as an attachment. (Please DON’T print and scan the copy to CLA. No handwritten additions can be read by our AI system.)

Should you have an order that is required to go to a 3rd party, we would need more details (i.e. Contact Name, Phone Number, Address, Authority to leave and delivery instructions).
